Why wireless? Air at a glance

An illustrative equipment image can support Air vocabulary, but it must not be mistaken for evidence of an actual wireless topology or commissioning result.

The situation

At handover, a teammate uses an illustrative network-equipment image to discuss Air terms. Explain what the labels can teach and what the image cannot establish about the project.

Illustrative network equipment with two marked reference points; not an Air topology diagram. — The numbered markers identify illustrative network equipment for a vocabulary exercise; this image is not an Air wiring or topology diagram.

Controller reference:

Illustrative controller equipment used to discuss roles; it does not show an Air topology or wiring arrangement.

Equipment reference:

Illustrative network equipment, not an Air communication path. Use approved project documentation for the actual Air layout.

Takeaway

Use the image for role vocabulary only; confirm the actual Air topology and commissioning status in approved project documentation.
